Customs are offered for knitted items from time to time. I'd say on average there are two to three custom slots available per month. They show up rather sporadically and can be found in the shop when available. You are more than welcome to contact us to check in on the current customs list and when the next opening is expected.
The turn around for customs can vary greatly. It can be one week to four or five weeks depending on how many people are already on the waitlist ahead of you and on what size item you are ordering and how intricate the design is.
Other items in the store may be available as a custom if you contact us, we'll see what we can do!
Please keep in mind that due to the nature of custom work, it is not returnable or refundable. If there is a problem with the workmanship well thats a whole different matter and yet to happen...but if it does no worries, there is a quality guarantee! Check policies to read more.

Please note that custom garments are custom sized so these are just approximate sizes to give you an idea of cost. For an exact qoute please email me.
Embellishments start as low as $10 for something small and simple such as the two small cherries on The Sweet Cherry Pie set. $25 is the average for designs about 3"x3" like the Mommy tattoo design. And the starting point for designs 4"x4" and greater as seen on Koi and Cherry Blossoms is about $30-45. This is by no means a limit just a list of average prices. There are many prices inbetween as well.
This all of course depends on the intritcacy of the design. The amount of colours, details, and difficulty. If you are not ordering a design that you see in the gallery, it is hand drawn and designed for you so there is a small additional cost as well of about $3-10 depending on the size and again complexity.
