Payment

We accept credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers through Paypal.

All prices are in US dollars.

Please contact me, if you would like to purchase an item without using Paypal to make other arrangements.

Payment for in-stock items is due immediately. If payment is not recieved upon purchase the item will be re-stocked without delay. If you have won an item through auction or raffle, you are commited to pay the winning bid. Failure to pay may result in being banned from future purchases.

Shipping

We do our best to estimate shippng costs that are as close as possible to actual shipping costs. No hidden handling fees! Additionally, our cart charges shipping for each individual item but we will gladly combine the total to save you money.

Items made by Atomic Riot are sent through Canada Post. Almost always fully insured (a few small items have no insurance option) and definitely the quickest method available.

In Canada, items are sent by Express which includes insurance, delivery confirmation, tracking and is very quick! Its the best method to send within Canada.

To the USA, small package which includes insurance is used varying between surface (2 business weeks on average) and air (1 business week on average). You may request air but it might cost a bit more. Express is also available for rush delivery, please contact me for a quote.

International shipping (you live outside Canada or the US)- I will gladly send items to any number of countries that Canada Post delivers too. The rates can be fairly high but generally items are recieved in about 1-2 business weeks depending on customs. Also the cost includes insurance.

Items made by Stellar Creations are sent through USPS. More details to come.

Sorry, we can't be held accountable for any custom fees or duties that may occur. Please contact your local customs agents for more details of international buying in your area.

Returns/Exchanges

We'd like you to be be happy with your new riot gear and stellar creations. Please ask as many questions as you like before purchasing! Measure, measure, and measure again to make sure you are buying the right size. If the measurements aren't given on the listing for an item, please email us!

If there are workmanship issues, naturally this excludes user misuse (machine washing your woolens for example). Please contact us within 30 days of purchase, so we can try and correct the situation. Be that returning the item and having it repaired or returning the item and a replacement being sent.

If you purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange, please contact us to see if another size is available. Shipping both ways will be at your own cost. And an exchange item will be sent once the original item is recieved in unworn, unwashed, new condition.

If you bought something and it just wasn't what you expected so you'd like to return it. Please contact us to see what we can do for you!

Your feedback and support is crucial to our business and we appriecate it. And to keep repeating ourselves, please contact us if you have any concerns with your purchase at any stage of the process.

Unforunately, due to the nature of customs they cannot be returned or exchanged. Sorry. We'll ask you a million questions and have you make good use of that measuring tape and probably send you a bunch of pictures before we head into our mad workshop to whip you up your dream item. So unless you tell us you like the colour pink when in fact you detest it or instead of using a standard measuring tape you guesstimate, the chances you will be disappointed or that we made the wrong size will be pretty low if I do say so myself.
